ordinance and the proposal to make the transfer of funds as provid<

before this ordinance shall be put upon its final passage.
SECTIO711 3. This ordinance shall be introduced at a re.,ular
meetinC of the .--oard of Commissioners and remain on file for public
inspection two (T) weeks in the completed form in which it shall be
put upon its final pasaa-e, and if adopted, said ordinance shall
be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
