That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title ted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on y 18, 1938 and amended on April 20, 1948, be and the same is here ther amended so that said section as amended shall read as follorrls: "Section 2. That said Commission shall proceed to unction in the manner and form contemplated and directed by the cts of the General Assembly of Kentucky as aforesaid, and the Chairman and the members of said Commission shall Each receive as compensation the sum of ;5.00 per year from and after May 1st, 1948." SEC TI O:T 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict ith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and e —ect from/ after its adoption..
