AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE TO CHARLES W.
GRASSHAM OF THE EAST ONE-HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK "V", GREGORY
HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE C ITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND C ITy CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID
PR 0 PER TY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM6ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Charles
NJ. Grassham in the sum of $200.00 cash for the purchase of
the East one-half of Lot 2, Block "V", Gregory Heights Addition
to the City of Paducah, said lot being at the Northeast corner
of 36th Street and Howard Street, fronting 25 feet on the North
side of 36th Street and extending back 190 feet to an alley;
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance
to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
