BE IT ORDAINED BY U7E BOARD OF COi I.M;3IONERS CF 7HE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUC-Ta:
SECTION 1. The number of Grave Digger positions in the
Cemetery Department is hereby reduced from four to three, making
the total regular personnel of this Department to consist of a
Superintendent and three Grave DiZoers.
SECTION 2. The regular employment of seasonal employees
in the Cemetery Department not to exceed nine months in any one
calendar year is hereby authorized within the limit of funds made
available by annual apportionment ordinances.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective from and
after its adoption.
