SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Plannin3 and ZoninS Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on June 21, 1948,
the plat of the subdivision of property between 24th and
25th streets, Adams street ard thm alley between 7Jashinoton
and Clark streets and recorded in Plat Book "D", page 23,
McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and the same is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr
