BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COW;IISSION- S OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
Richard Topp in the sum of 75.00 for the purchase of a
lot located on the East side of 13th Street, beginning
187 feet north of Adams Street, ;25.00 of the purchase
price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of
',5.00 per month with 5;1 interest; and the Yayor, or I;ayor
Pro mem, and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, proper
instruments of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
