BE IT ORDAINED BY T113 BOARD OF COT114ISSIONERS OF
KEITTUCKY:
SECTION 1. it shall be unlawful for any person offerin
to sell or selling soft drinks, candy, peanuts, popcorn or any othe
Goods, wares or merchandise to stand, locate or station himself or
his vehicle for a lonSer period than five minutes, for the purpose
of marking such sales on any street; sidewalk, or in any alley or
public way which abuts upon the same city block.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than ,;5.00 nor more
than ;25.CO for each offense.
SECTIOY 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
