AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO ALVIE WATSON
AND HIS WIFE, MARY G. WATSON, OF A LOT LOCATED AT THE NORTH EAST
CORNER OF 4VIELFTH & CALDVMLL STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY; AND AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR PRO TEM AND THE CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
Alvie ,'latson and his wife, Mary G. Watson, in the sum of $100.00
for the purchase of a lot located at the north east corner of
Tvielfth & Caldwell streets in the City of Paducah; and the Mayor
Pro Tem and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance
,to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
