TO THE PADUCAIi AIRPORT CORPORATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEIN LIGHTING SYSTEuf AT THE PADUCAII-MCCRACKEN COUNTY AIRPORT AND FOR OTHER AIRPORT PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY TIME EOARD OF C070.rISSIONERS OF ME CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners approve the City Manager's amendment of the statement of anticipated revenues for the year 194E by anticipating for said year the additional sum of k2500.00 to be collected in police court fines so that the item in the "Statement of Revenue for 1948" which read "Revenue Estimate Increase Decrease 1947 1948 Fines $41, 969. 48 .,40, 000.00 shall be amended and corrected to provi0e as follows: "Revenue Estimate Increase Decrease 1947 1948 Fines ;y41,969.48 K42,500.00 ;;530.52 " SECTION 2. That the apportionment ordinance adopted for the year 1948 be, and the same is hereby amended so•that there shall be made available for use by the City of Paducah the aforesaid addi- tional sum of j,2500.00 to be collected in police court fines, and said sum is hereby appropriated to the Paducah Airport Corporation for use in the construction of a lighting system at the Paducah - McCracken County Airport and for other Airport purposes. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause to be published in the Sun -Democrat a notice of the introduction of this ordinance providing for the amendment of the Statement of Anticipated Revenues for 1948 by anticipating the collection of the additional sum of '2500.00 in Police Court fines, and providing for the appropriation of said sum to the Paducah Airport Corporation, said notice to be published at least one week before this ordinance shall be put upon its final passage. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for public i inspection two (2) weeks in the completed form in which it shall ,.be put upon its final passage, and it shall be in full force and ii effect from and after its adoption.
