AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE ADDITIONAL
SUM OF $20,000 TO BLACK & VEATC H, CONSULTING ENGINEERS. IN FULL
SETTLEIdENT OF THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR
SE101ER FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ItENTUCKY, UNDER DOCKET
KY -15-P-141 OF TTL FEDERAL '.i'ORKS AGENCY
'NH REAS, Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, have submitte
to the City of Paducah their report of completed plans prepared
by them for the construction of Setter Facilities in the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, under Docket TKY-15-P-141 of the Federal lNorks
Agency, which plans have been approved by the City Engineer
NO'N THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTOKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah pay to Black & Veatch,
Consulting Engineers, the sum of $20,000 which shall be in full
settlement of the contract price for the plans and specifications
prepared by them for the construction of Sewer Facilities in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, under Docket KY -15-P-141 of the Federal
Works Agency, said sum to be paid from funds received for this
purpose from said Agency.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
