AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE FA Y&IENT OF THE ADDITIONAL
SUN OF $7,000 TO BLACK & VEATCH, CONSULTING ENGIN=ERS, IN FULL
SETTLEMENT OF THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLAI73 FOR
STORM RELIEF SEWERS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, UNDER DOCKET
ISY-15-P-142 OF THE FEDERAL 71•'ORK3 AGENCY
WHEREAS, Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers, have sub-
mitted to the City of Paducah their report of completed plans
prepared by them for the construction of Storm Relief Sewers in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, under Docket KY -15-P-142 of the
Federal Works Agency, which plans have been approved by the City
lEngineer.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 00149ISSIONERS
JOF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUJC':Y:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah pay to Black & Veatch,
Consulting Engineers, the sum of ,,37,000 which shall be in full
settlement of the contract price for the plans and specifications
prepared by them for the construction of Storm Relief Sewers in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, under Docket KY -15-P-142 of the
Federal Works Agency, said sum to be paid from funds received for
this purpose from said Agency.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption. /
