JOHN SHERMAN COOPER, SENATORS FROM KENTUCKY, TO SUPPORT THE FEDERAL -AID HIGHWAY BILL NOW PENDING IN THE CONGRESS WHEREAS, by reason of their limited financial resources, most municipalities throughout the nation are unable to provide good streets; and WHEREAS, appropriations by the Federal Government for street construction work in cities will be beneficial to all citizens on account of the frequent and constant use of streets by tourists and other motorists wherever they may reside; NOW THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED that the Hon. Alban V!. Barkley and the Hon.
