HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 11, Page 525, No Ordinance Number525 v' AN ORDINANCE DECLARING PARK AVENUE FROM THE EAST CURB LINE OF 5TH STREET TO THE '.PEST CURB LINE OF 3RD ST REET TO BE A BOULEVARD, REGULATING THE SAME AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAI NED BY THE BOARD OF COMM133 OF THE CITY OF PADUC AH, KENTUCItY: SECTION 1. That Park Avenue from the east curb line of 5th street to the west curb line of 3rd street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and the same is hereby declared to be a boulevard, and vehicles of every kind approaching Park Avenue on 4th Street and at the intersection of 4th street and Park Avenue shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or to cross Park Avenue at that intersection. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation vio- latinS the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less $5.CO nor more than '�2 0.00 for each violation th3reof. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
