AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO JOHN STOKES CF
JA PARCEL OF LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 7TIi STREET ;°JEST OF
FLOURNOY STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; AND AU-
THORIZING THE MAYOR, OR 14AYOR PRO TEM, AND THE CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
!CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer
of John Stokes in the sum of $,100.00 for the purchase of a
parcel of land 83.75x270 feet located on the South side of 7th
street 130 feet west of Flournoy, :;,15.00 of the purchase price
to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of $5.00 per month
(with 6% interest; and the Mayor, or Mayor Pro Tem, and the City
(Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the
(City of Paducah, proper instruments of conveyance to said
(property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
