AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO HURLEY FONDAW
OF A LOT LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNIER OF BROAD ALLEY AND
FIFTH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR PROTEM AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRU-
MENTS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COTUJISSION.RS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Hurley
Fondaw in the sum of $75.00 for the purchase of a lot located
at the Southwest corner of Broad Alley and Fifth Street, $30.00
p of the purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance to
II be paid at tha rate of $10.00 per month with 6% interest;
i and the Mayor Pro Tem and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute,.for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, proper
instruments of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and of ct from
and after its adoption.
