A N ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION
I,OF LOTS 2AND 3 IN BLOCK 18, AFTON HEIGHTS, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED
BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT
EMBIDIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON APRIL 16, 1948
. BE IT ORDAINED.BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by i -t on April 16, 1948,
the plat of the subdivision of Lots 2 and 3 in Block 18,
Afton Heights Addition, located on the North side of Buckner
Lane between Vine Street and Friedman Avenue, and recorded
in Plat Book "D", page 22, McCracken County Court Clerk's
Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
