AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO EARL HOPKINS
OF LOT 17 IN BLOCK 5 OF THE RE -SURVEY OF BLACK 4, MINERAL
WELLS ADDITION To THE C Ily OF PRDUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Earl
Hopkins in the sum of $30.00 cash for the purchase of Lot
17 in Block 5 of the re -survey of Block 4, Mineral '.'ells
Addition as recorded in Plat Book "A", page 266, McCracken
County Court Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
