VIOLATION", ',7i:IC'7 WAS ADOPTED BY THE SOARD OF COMM ISSIONERS Oil JULY 9, 1946, be and the same is hereby are nded and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall rea as follows: SECTION 10. It shall be the duty of the Chief of the Police Department, by and throuh the employees of his department, and under the direction of the City Counsel to keep account of all violations of this ordinance. (a) Fe shall keep an account of and report the number of each narking meter which indicates t, -at the vehicle occupying the parking space adjacent to such parking meter is or has been parked in violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance, the date and hour of such violation, the make and the state license number of such vehicle, and any other facts a knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation. (b) He shall attach to such vehicle a notice stating that it has been parked in violation of this ordinance and instructinL the owner or operator to report to the City Judge in regard to such violation. The owner or operator may, within twenty-four (24) hours after the time when such notice was attahced to such ve i pay the City Treasurer, upon the order of the City Judge, in full satisfaction of such violation the aum of One (:,f1.00) Dollar. le, f r 475 SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent bf such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
