PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the 1.:ayor or Yayor Fro Tem pf the City of Paducah be
and he is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the
said city a lease to Louis K. Tick, doing business under the firm
name of Tick Frothers. Sei.d lease to provide for t%_e rental of
certain space on the river front at Tr:enty (;P20.OQo Dollars per mon
beginning ;::air 1, 1948, and to provide for such rental from month
to month, of the following described property:
Eeginning at a point where the east right of ,lay line of the
floodwall intersects the south property line of Kentucky Avenue;
thence in a southe_r1„r direction and with the east right of way line
Of the floodwall 11 feet; thence in an easterly direction 11 feet
from and parallel with the south property line of Kentucky Avenue to
the Tennessee River, thence in a northerly direction and with the
Fennessee River to a point 33 feet north of and at right angles
to the north property line of Kentucky Avenue; thence in a ::•esterly
iirection 33 feet from and parallel with the north property line of
:entucky Avenue to the east right-of-way line of the floodwall,
