A RESOLUTION DESIGINATIPIG THE DEPOSITORIES OF ALL FUNDS OF THE
CITY OcPADUCAII AND FIXING THE AtIOU_T:T OF LO'M REQUIRED OF SUCH
DEPOSITORIES
BE IT REOOLVED 3Y THE EOARD OF COII1II33IONERS 0 THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, YENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Citizens Savings Bank of aducah, the Peoples
National (rank of Paducah and The Paducah Lank of Paducah,
Kentucky, be and.they are hereby appointed and designated as
the official depositories for all funds belonging to the City
of Paducah.
SECTION 2.
Before any of said depositories indicated in Section 1
hereof shall receive any of the funds of the City of Paducah,
as such depositories, it shall execute to the City a bond in a
sum or penalty equal to the maxiium amount of funds of the City
ko be deposited in such City I;epositories; said bond to be
approved by the =oard of Commissioners of said City in all
respects as required by Section 92.030 of the Kentucky Revised
Statutes.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption. �1
