of Commissioners on December 23, 1947, and amended on January 20,
1948, be, and the same is hereby repealed, amended and reordained
so that the said section as amended and reordained shall read as
follows:
°SECTIOIi 12. 13holesalers._a. Except as otherwise provided

dry -oods, dru3s, automcbile parts, soft drinks, sash and doors,
mill and boat supplies, industrial and institutional supplies and

or personal property, except food for human consumption, shall Pay
an annual license tax under Schedule 1_ of Section 83; provided,

This ordinance shall be in full force and feet from and after
