CITY CLERK TO EXEC:;TE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE: TO SAID PROPERTY
'.71-7REA3, Henry Collins, Treasurer of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, has become the purchaser of the hereinafter described
property of the delinquent taxpayer under and pursuant to the
rrovisions of :SR3 92.670; and
',:nEREAS, the owner of said property has fa_led to redeem
the same within two years from the date of the sale thereof to
the City ';reasurcr; and,
":!PIER EAS, deed to said propert:; has been executed and
delivered by said Treasurer to the City of Paducah as provided in
KRS 92.760; and
7 :ERE'A3, the City of Paducah has received an offer for the
hereinafter described real estate and It is deemed advisable to
authorize the conveyance to the bidder for the amount offered
by her.

SEC TIO:. 1.
That the Cit;, of Paducah accept the offer of i,:rs. Zadie Dublin
in the sun of '..fMS.00 cash for the purchase of Lot ;,160 in
Jtterbac'c :addition, as shoran by plat _recorded in ;'lat gook "A"
nage 230, McCracken County Court. Clerk's Office; and the I.:ayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed of con-
vejance to said property for and i3n behalf of the City of Paducah;
but w1thout covenant of warranty.
SECTIO:: 2.
All o-dinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are,
to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and -ffect from
and after it.^ adoption.
