BE IT ORDAINED by THE BOARD OF CO?I2.;I33IOPIERS OF THE CITf
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIO:; 1.
Ilia t the full amount of all ad valorem taxes
hereafter levied aEainst real and personal property in
the Cit,; of Paducah, Kentucky, shall be paid at t e time
and in the manner provided under ;CRS 92.590, beZinning
with the taxes which will become due and payable in the
-ear 1948, and no discount shall be allowed for the Pay-
ment of any taxes w hen such payment is made prior to
Tune 1.
SEC TIO_% 2.
'^his ordinance shall be in full force and ffect from
and after its adoption. 1
