That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and coning Commission as shorn by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on February 20, 1948,
the plat of the subdivision of Lots 249 and 25C in 'dock 3,
Park Realty Company Addition and recorded in Plat Bn-k "D",
page 19, P:cCrac'cen County Court Clerk's C:ffice,, be and the
same is hereby a;proved.
SECTIO:: 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
