BE IT ORDAINED by THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CIT'C OF PADUCAH, ItLNTUCICY:
SECTIO2: I.
That Section 1 of an ordinance entitled: "Ai: ORDI:! ,TCE

which was adopted by the --oard of Commissioners on Cctobor
11, 1337, and as said section rias amended on I;ovember 25, 1947,
be and the same is hereby further amended to read as follows:
"3ECTI011, 1. PERMUT3 F07 jl)-i:=.e.ore establishing,
erecting, constructing, altering or• addin to any sign included
under the Classification of :.i_ns, or causin- or permitting same
to be done, a permit therefor shall be obtained from the building
Inspector, and it shall be unlawful to so establish, erect,
alter, or add to such sign before such permit shall have first
been obtained.

?efore a permit shall be issued for any sign included under the

that such buildinn or structure is sufficiently strong to support

SECTION 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances2in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
