The City �-enaCer shall have the right to terminate the emp
meet of said Dolincuent Insurance License Collector at any time an
without notice, but in the event said employment shall be terminat
he shall be entitled to receive the proportionate ;hare of such
collections which are made by the City of 'Paducah as the result of
the settlement of any suits or the adjustment of a claim in any ca.
wherein a demand for payment has been made by said Collector prior
to his removal from office.
SECTION 5.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption. _
