AN ORDINANCE AUTHdORIZING THE SALE TO NAT F. DORTCH
' OF A LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WASHINGTON STREET WEST
OF P•'URRELL BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED vF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY

OF PADUCAH, KsNTUCKYL
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Nat F.
Dortch in the sum of •$50.00 cash for the purchase of a lot
20x160 feet located on the north side of Washington Street
160 feet west of Eurrell Boulevard; and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf
of the city of paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
