BY ITS FINAL RETORT ADOPTED ON JANUARY 18th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EOARD OF COI&MISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Plannin? and Zoning Commission as shown bj its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on January 18th, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property on the South side of
Vlashington Street between 29th Street and the Paducah and
Illinois Railroad right of way, and recorded in Plat Book
"C", page 59, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office -.i be and the
same is hereby approved.
SEC TI ON 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
