PLAITNING AND ZONING COL°IGISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT ADOPTED ON
FEBRUARY 21, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE -BOARD OF CO&I:I3SIONERS OF THE C
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on February 21, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property located near the North-
west corner of 8th and Boyd Streets, and recorded in Plat
Book "C", page 60, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect fr
and after its adoption.
