It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct any street, sidewalk. carkinn space or public way in the city of Paducah, Kentucky, by stopping, standinn OP parkinf any semi- trailer, cart, dray, wagon, or other vehicle which cannot be operated under its own power on such street, sidewalk, parking space or public way, or by stoppinZ, standing or parking any disabled motor vehicle thereon and leaving the same unattended. SEC TICK 2. Whenever any police officer finds upon any street, sidewalk, parking space, or other public way a semi -trailer, cart, dray, wagon or other vehicle which cannot be operated under its own Tower, or any disabled motor vehicle which has been abandoned or is unattended, such officer is hereby authorized to provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest marnCe or other Place of safety. SECTIO:? 3. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be Qilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be Punishable by a fine of not less than „5.00, and not more than X100.00, and each day this ordinance is violated shall constitute a separate offense. SEC TION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
