A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC
CODE OF 1947, STANDARD OF THE NATIONAL EOARD OF FIRE UNDER-
WRITERS FOR ELrECTRIC WIRING AND AFPARATUS RECOM ENDED BY
THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION; AND ADOPTING
THE PROVISIONS OF SAID CODE WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN
AS AND FOR THE RULES, REGULATIONS AND MINIMUM STANDARDS
FOR THE I::STALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL INIRING
AND APPARATUS Ili THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCYY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the National Electrical Code of 1947,
Standard of the National Board of Fire Underwriters For
Electric Wiring and Apparatus as recommended by the
National Fire Protection Association be and the same is
hereby approved, and the provisions of said Code are
hereby adopted by the City of Faducah as and for the
rules, regulations and minimum standards for the
installation and maintenance of all electrical wiring
and apparatus in the city, the provisions of said Code
which are aproved and adopted by this resolution being
in words and figures as follows, to -wit:
