BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE EOARD OF C01;WISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCnY:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and report of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 23, 1947,
the property located south of 21st street, west of Mayfield
Road; east and :vest of "C" street and north of Seitz street
and more specifically shown on the plat of this property
which has been filed with the City Planning and Zoning Board
is hereby declared to be business property within the meaning
V
of the City Planning and Zoning Commission Law.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
