VS. KENTUCKY UTILITIES COMPANY DURING THE YEAR 1947; AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUPS OF $792.32 FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND TO THE AMOUNT APPROPRIATED TO TILE ELECTRIC PLANT BOARD FCR THE PA rSENT OF SAID FEE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE EOARD OF COirMISSIONERS OF' PIE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the sum of 81200.CO be and the some is hereby appropriated to the Electric Plant Eoard of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for payment of the fee of !Faller, Threl'celd and Thitlow for all services rendered b,: them as attorneys in the action of the City of Paducah, at al. vs. Kentucky Utilities Company. SECTION 2. The sum of only ,407.c2 remaining in the account of the Electric Plant Board under Account No. 7300, the sum of 8792.32 is hereby transferred from the Contingent ,Fund in order to provide tP.e funds necessary for payment of the .fee of 17aller, Threlkeld and Whitlow. SECTION 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause to be published in the Sun Democrat a notice of the introduction of this ordinance an the proposal to make the transfer of funds as provided in Section hereof, said notice to be published at least one creek before this ordinance shall be put upon its final passage. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for public inspectio two (2) reeks in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted, said ordinance shall be in full fort and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
