SULLIVAN AND PARKER N. BRAY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE BLANDVILLE ROAD, DEF INI TG ACCURATELY THE BOUNDARY WHICH IS TO BE INCLUDED YJITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY WHEREAS, under an ordinance adopted on the 25th day of Novembe 11947, the City of Paducah, by and through its Board of Commissioner, proposed to extend the boundary of the City of Paducah by annexing certain property owned by Harold L. Sullivan and Parker I.7. Bray on the north side of the Blandville Road; and 411HEREAS, said ordinance declaring the desirability of extendinv the boundary as therein proposed has been published in ten issues of the official newspaper of said city; and WHEREAS, a period of more than thirty days have elapsed since the enactment of the aforesaid ordinance and no petition having been filed in r.cCracken Circuit Court protesting against the extension of the city limits as provided under Section 81.110 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes: NO:,' THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky: SECTION 1. That the following described lands owned by Harold L. Sullivan and Parker M. Bray on the north side of and adjacent to the Blandville Road, the present city limits line, be annexed to and included withir the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and that the; city limits line be relocated b,- including within the corporate limits the following described territory: "Beginning at a point where the present city limits intersects the north property line of the Blandville Road or U.S. 62; thence in a westerly direction and with the north line of the Blandville Road to the center line of a thirty (30) foot road, said point being the southwest corner of property acquired by Parker M. Bray by deed dated August 20, 1946, and recorded in Deed Book 248, page 302; thence in a northerly direction with the center line of said road and with Bray's west line to the south line of Sunset Court Addition, recorded in Plat Book "A" page 244; thence in an easterly direction and with the south line of Sunset Court Addition to the present City Limits line; thence in a sohtherly direction and with the present City limits line to the point of beginning".
