AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY" LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 27TH AND PIONROE
STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY
CITY PLAI'NING AND ZONING COT414ISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED
IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMLER 23, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
-EC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 23, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the Northwest
corner of the intersection of 27th and Ivonroe Streets, and
recorded in Plat Book "D", page , I;IcCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, be and tE: same is hereby approved.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance stall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
