AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 8TH STREET COMMENCING 235.08 FLET
'NEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 8TH AND TERRELL STREETS IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, V,11ICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION B'- ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 19, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI,,UiISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as aho::m by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 19, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property on the north side of
8th street commencing 235.08 feet west of the northwest corner
of 8th and Terrell streets and recorded in Plat Book "D"
page , McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and the same
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
