THE c.OARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON MAY 18, 1943 01VD AS AMENDED ON JUNE 1, 1943 AND MAY 28, 1946 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM14ISSIONERS OF THE CITY DF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AND REGULATING VFE LICENSING AND INOCULATION OF DOGS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; PROHIBITING THE OWNERS OR KEEPERS OF DOGS FROM ALLOWING SUCH DOGS TO BE AT LARGE; AND IMPOSING PENALTIES UPON OWNERS AND KEEPERS OF DOGS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF LICENSE TAXES THEREON AND FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on May 18, 1943, and as amended on June 1, 1943 and May 28, 1946, be, and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
