AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 7TH AND MADISON STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCF-t, 'IMICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING C01,MISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT E14BODIED IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEP•IBER 13, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIME BOARD OF COM-fISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTMICT:
SEC TI ON 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shorn by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 13, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the northeast
corner of the intersection of 7th and i;:adison streets, and
recorded in Plat Book "D", page 16, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
