AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF 10Th AND TERRELL
STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTJCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED
BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING CO18,1ISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT
EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 1st, 1947
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMhISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENrMCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 1st, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property southeast of the
intersection of 10th and Terrell Streets and recorded in
Plat Book "D", page 15, McCracken County Court Clerk's
Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
