AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,783.33 FOR PAY14LIlT 0
ONE-THIRD OF THE COST OF PURCHASING THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF THE BELT LINE HIGEVAY THROUGH PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS OF THE COYI:iONiiEALTH OF' KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0181ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the sum of $2,783.33 be and the same is hereby appropri-
ated by the City of Paducah for payment of one-third of the cost of
purchasing the rights-of-way for construction of the Belt Line
Highway through said City by the Department of Highways of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the City Aianager and City Treasurer
are hereby authorized to transmit to the Department a check for
82,783.33 in full settlement of the city's portion of the cost of
said project.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be introduced at a regular meeting of th
Board of Commissioners and remain on file for one week for public
Inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its
final passage, and if adopted said ordinance shall be in full force
and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
