BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE W CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECT. -[ON 1. That upon the recommendation and report of the City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on December 1, 1947, the triangular shaped piece of ground bounded on the north by Park Avenue, on the west by 27th street and on the east by the New Belt Line Highway is hereby declared to be business property within the meaning of the City Planning and Zoning Commission Latin:. SECTION 2. In order to further promote the general welfare of the people in said district or zone and to enhance the desirability of same, said property shall be subject to the following r estrictio "No building shall be permitted to be constructed on said property that will cost less than x13,500.00." SECTION 3. Any property owner, tenant or other person who erects, constructs or reconstructs any building in violation of or contrary to the aforesaid provisions of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than 1P'10.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense so committed and each day such offense is committed shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be subject to a separate penalty under the provisions hereof, or the person so offending or so guilty of violation of the provisions hereof, may, in addition to such fine be imprisoned not more than fifty (50) days at the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case. SECTION 4.
