HARRY MATHIS, PARTNERS DOING BUSINESS UNDER Tile, FIRM NAME OF H & M
�yJ�y MOTORS, IN THE SUM OF $7010.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY Or THE
CITY OF PADUCAH LOCATED AT 209 SOUTH THIRD STREET IN SAID CIT.Y;AND
�F AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYAN
TO SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Woodrow Hook
and Harry Mathis, partners doing business under the firm name of
H & M Motors, in the sum of $7010.CO for the purchase of property
owned by the City of Paducah at 209 South Third Street. The purcha
price shallbe paid in cash, and the 'Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property, the same to be
conveyed under covenant of special warranty and any encroachments
and other physical defects which mi. -ht be shown by the making of an
accurate survey.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
