That the City of Paducah, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten (a10.00) Dollars cash in hand to be paid by it to the Illinois Central Rail- road Company, accept the offer of said company to grant to said city the license and privilege to construct and maintain a 30 inch combination sewer pipe line over and through the property running from a point west of Flournoy Street toward Terrell Street, which sewer is shorn on the plat attached to the agreement submitted by said railroad company to the city for execution for the purpose of providing serrera-e facilities for the plant of the Magnavox Company; that the City of Paducah approve each and all of the terms, cevenants and conditions contained in said agreement, a copy of which is filed herewith and make a part of this ordinance to the same extent as if fully copied herein; and the Iiayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered; for and on behalf of the City of Paducah to enter into and execute the aforesaid apreenent which has been submitted by said company.
