BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CCI.MS3IONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance entitled: IIA1I ORDINANCE RELATING TO TRAFFIC AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIS STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAHg DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING PARKING METhR ZONES AIM REGULATING AI -M CONIROLLIhG AND PRO— VIDIIdG FOR IIISPECTION OF THIS TIME PARKING OF VEHICLES THEREIN BY THE USE OF PARKING LITERS,: AIM PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ORDINANCE AND PUNISH" IZIIT FOR IT3 VIOLATION°, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 9th, 1946, be and the same is herein amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: SECTION 2. The following portions of streets are hereby established as parking meter zones: 1. That portion of Broadway from the west curb line of Secord Street to the east curb line of Seventh Street extending from the south curb line of Broadway toward the center of said street a distance of seven feet and eight inches. 2. That portion of Broadway from the west curb line of Secord Street to the east curb line of Seventh Street extending from the north curb line of Broadway toward the center of said street seven feet and eight inches. g. That portion of Third Street from the south curb line of Jeifersor. Street to the north curb line of Kentucky Avenue extending from the east curb line of Third Street toward the center of said street seven feet and eight inches. 4. That portion of Third Street from the south curb line of Jefferson Street to the north curb line of Kentucky Avenue extending, from the west curb line of Third Street toward the center of said street seven feet and eight inches. 5. That portion of Fourth Street from the south curb line of Jeffersc Street to the north curb line of Kentucly extending from the east curb line of Fourth Street torard the center of said street a distance of seven feet and eight inches. 6. That nortion of Fourth Street from the south curb line of Jeffersc Street to the north curb line of Kentucky Avenue and extending from the west curb line of Fourth Street a distance of seven feet and ei-ht inches. 7. That portion of Fifth Street from the south curb line of Broadway I 21) 222 Street to the n-)rth curb lino of Kentucky Avenue and extending from the east curb line of Fifth Street toward the center of said ;street a distance of seven feet and eight inches. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
