AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY ON PARK AVENUE BETWEEN CRUSE AVENUE AND McGUIRE AVENUE 41
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION B't ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN
A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON AUGUST 15th, 1947.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on August 15th, 1947,
the plat of the subdivision of property on Park Avenue between
Cruse Avenue and McGuire Avenue, and recorded in Plat Book
"D", page 14, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office, be and the
same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
