HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 11, Page 204, No Ordinance Number1- 204 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN BOTH THE EAST DRIVE AND THE WEST DRIVE OF SECOND STREET BETWEEN KENTUCKY AVENUE AND BROADWAY; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company, or corporation to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind in either the east drive or west drive of Second street for a longer period than one (1) hour between 11:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any days of the week excepting Saturday or Sunday. SECTION 2. Any person,f irm, corporation or company violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One ($1.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five (;$25.00) Dollars, and each time any vehicle is parked on said street for more than one (1) hour during the time prohibited in Section 1 hereof shall be construed to be a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
