AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO ROE WILKINS AIID WIFE
BONNYE FAYE WILKINS OF LOT 3 OF HAMILTON SUBDIVISION TO PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY`;' AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Roe Wilkins
and his wife, Bonnye Faye Wilkins, in the sum of $325.00 cash
for the purchase of Lot 3 of Hamilton subdivision, as shown by
Plat recorded in Plat Book "C", page 59, McCracken County Court
Clerk's Office; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed of
conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
