That the City of Paducah dedicate for use as a
public part: all of that area on the riverfront extending
from the flood wall riL-ht of tray to the river between the
south line of :roadway to the "orth line of ?entucky Lvenue.
That, the City of Paducah relinquish t^ the roard of Park
C'orLnissioners (white) the ri ht to control and maintain said
property for use as a public pari: as other public parks in
the City are controlled and maintained and that the sane be
established, maintained and developed for the recreation,
pleasure and welfare of the people of the city.
