BE IT ORDAINED BY ^HE BOARD OF COI31:1I. SIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION ONE That Section 42 of an ordinance entitled: "AP ORDINANCE REGULATING "RAVEL AND TRAFFIC --THE USE OF STREETS BY VEHICLES, STREET CARS AND PEDESTRIANS; CREATINKi A CEINURAL TRAFFIC A�,D BU3INE; DISTRICT; ESTABLISHING BOULEVARDS SAFETY ZONES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MARKING OF CRCSS;INALKS OR ANY ZONES HLREIAI PROVIDLD J'OR, AND THi ERECTION OB .SIGNS AND SIGNALS; REGULATING PARKING, AND L'E3CRIBING THE STREETS AND PORTIONS OF STREETS THAT 114AY Ec; USED FOR PARKING, AND THE DWNNER 0 UTILIZING SAME, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: AND FIXING A PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION HEREOF", which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September 17, 1925, be and the sari is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "SECTION 42. Any person violating the provisions of Sub- sections (E), (F), (G), (H), (I), (J), (K) or (L) of Section 14 of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Nineteen and 50/100 (~.19.50) Dollars, and not more than One Hundred (;100.00) Dollars, or imprisonmdnt in the Oity Jail for a period not to exceed Fifty (50) Days, or both by such fine and imprisonment, and any person violating or failing to comply with any of the other provisions of this ordinance (or any rule or regulation of the Police Department, adopted pursuant thereto) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not less than Five (.5.00) Dollars, and not more than One Hundred (;;100.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment in the City Jail for a period not to exceed fifty (50) days, or by such fine and imprisonment. oth 21.
