That Clark .itreet from the .est line of 8th Street to the Fast line of 10th Street, Ohio Street from the 'nest line of 8th street to the Fast line of 10th Street and Tennessee Street from the .lest line of 8th Street to the East line of 10th Street be, and each of said streets within the boundaries mentioned is hereby declared to be and is established as a boulevard, and all vehicles of every land approachin-^ said streets or boulevards at the intersection of same with 9th :street shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or cross said streets or boulevards. SECTIO;? 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof be fined not less than Five Dollars nor more than Twenty Dollars for each offense. SEC TION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SEC TIO': 4.
